GTL offers a hospital indemnity plan that can be sold to people over the age of 65. They also have a cancer and critical illness plan.
The products are available in most states except for NY. They pay commissions weekly on a 9 month advance. Please send in all pages of contract along with copy of E and O certificate and a valid insurance license. A void check should be sent in to establish the direct commission deposit. Humana offers one of the better dental plans that agents can sell in most states. The network is good for a dental network . The price point is better than the other dental plans available at $21.00 per person. It covers 100% of preventative services and 50% of most basic and major services. Compensation for the plan is 10%

Crowe & Associates offers agents a health insurance lead program. We pay 10% commission on United Healthcare with the opportunity to move up to 14% comp. There is a 9 month advance on commission payments. Leads are generated real time online and are sent only to agents in the Crowe & Associates group. Leads are not redistributed.

Carrington has come out with a unique Dental, Vision, Hearing, Rx discount plan for clients of all ages including seniors. The plan uses an Aetna group dental network. Members can get strong discounts on all services and also can see the cost of each service and the savings the discount generates online. One of the more unique features is the Telemedicine benefit. This benefit allows a member to call and have a prescription written for them over the phone without the need to visit a doctor. There is no cost for the phone consultation and the member can save on the cost of the doctors visit using this feature if they need a script. The benefit only works for Non narcotics based medications.
The premiums are - single -$12.95, two person- $14.95 and Family $16.95 a month. There is a one time $20 set up fee. Commissions are 30% and half the set up fee is also paid to the agent.
